Tez Blount is a faith-driven leader, musician, and mentor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Through his work in ministry, music, and leadership development, Tez is passionate about helping people grow from the inside out and become who they are called to be.
Tez has served students, young adults, and creatives through youth ministry, mentorship, worship, and community programs. His work focuses on developing character, calling, and impact in the next generation of leaders.
As the founder of Blount Institute, Tez is building a leadership formation platform designed to develop people through biblical formation, education, mentorship, and community development. His mission is simple: to discover and develop leaders from the inside out in order to multiply worldwide impact.
